‘Food Trucks, Cultural Identity and Social Justice’
Join us for the Montreal book launch of Food Trucks, Cultural Identity & Social Justice organized in Quartier de l'innovation's new office! This book examines the food truck phenomenon in North American cities from Los Angeles to Montreal, taking a novel perspective: social justice.
