Startupfest, a key event in the startup community, is coming to Montréal July 12 to 15.
Those who have participated in the past will tell you that everything is possible at Startupfest, whether it’s an idea forming during an unexpected interaction, meeting an ally for the future or finding the missing tool that will take your startup to the next level!
This event aims to foster the development of the startup community in Montréal by bringing together key stakeholders. Over the course of three days, over 30 tents will stimulate participants’ imaginations. Demo spaces, all sorts of competitions, and multiple panels and conferences round out the programming..

Panel on the contributions of large companies to the startup community - Wednesday July 12 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Videotron will present a panel hosted by Géraldine Martin, Director of Entrepreneurship for the Ville de Montréal, on the role large companies play in supporting startups, with examples of initiatives like the Desjardins Lab and the Open-Air Smart Living Lab. You’ll have the chance to meet Serge Legris, Vice President of Engineering, Technologies and Products at Videotron and Henri Dolino, Senior Director of Innovation and Digital Strategy at Desjardins.
Special Edition of QI Connexion - Thursday July 13 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Attend the 9th QI Connexion under the Videotron tent! The theme of the event is the Open-Air Smart Living Lab. Ten startups have been chosen to propose solutions for the future and have the chance to be part of the first projects started thanks to the infrastructure put in place by the Open-Air Smart Living Lab.
A video station on-site will allow anyone to present an idea for this huge project, which will change the face of our city.
