Four new startups joined the Open-Air Laboratory for Smart Living on December 11. They were selected from nine startups by a jury of the Lab’s founders during the last QI_Connexion held at our Hangar.

These four young companies will benefit from the expertise and infrastructure of Videotron, Ericsson Canada, the École de technologie supérieure (ETS) and the Quartier de l’Innovation to create the city of tomorrow:

1 – Maxen

It effortlessly optimizes the energy efficiency of buildings. Its team develops artificial intelligence monitoring software to optimize the energy efficiency of buildings.

2 – Studio Hello

It provides ideation, experience architecture and strategic consulting.

3 – CANOtogo:

It is developing a network of reusable, self-service containers to replace single-use food packaging. It could be called the Bixi of coffee cups!

4 – Fresh Milk:

It reduces food waste and the number of intermediaries in a market cycle by launching the first self-service smart milk vending machines.
